Any package order placed more than six (6) months after date of wedding will incur a 10% studio price for any part of each and every subsequent six (6) month period. The entire balance of contracted studio services is due and payable one week prior to wedding date. Failure to meet this deadline may result in cancellation of this contract and forfieture of any deposits.

The studio takes the utmost care in regards to exposure, production, and delivery of photographic products and services ordered. However if the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract due to any event or act of God beyond control of the studio, the studio's liability is limited to the refund of all deposits.

The studio reserves the right to use all photographs and reproductions for purposes of display, exhibitions, contests, or for other purposes. In the event of the wedding being cancelled by client(s), initial deposits will be retained by the studio as liquidated damages.
